Terms of service

1. The service

Arcosy (https://app.arcosy.net) is a tool for architects and interior designers to work together with their clients. It is run by Arcosy, contact: [email protected].

The service is in its testing phase and currently free. We will announce paid plans in advance before introducing them; we will never charge you without your consent.

2. Your account

• You need an account to use the app. Give accurate details and keep your password safe.
• You are responsible for what is done with your account.
• You can delete your account at any time by writing to the contact address.

3. Your content

Content you add (files, visualizations, comments, answers, product lists) remains yours. You allow us to store it and show it to the people you share a project with – only as far as the service needs.

Only add content you have the rights to, and do not infringe the rights of others.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to upload malicious software.
• Do not try to access other people's projects or disrupt the service.
• We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

5. Liability

We work to keep the service reliable, but during the testing phase there may be interruptions and errors. Keep copies of important files. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for damage caused by interruptions or loss of data; this does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.

6. Privacy

How we process data is described in the Privacy policy.

7. Changes and governing law

We will announce changes to these terms in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. These terms are governed by Polish law.
